Cancel any time from your account. We do not refund the current month, but we will not bill you again. You keep any letters already in the mail.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first yearly charge. After 14 days, we will prorate a refund based on the letters not yet mailed. Email us at letters@goosesayenough.co to start the process.

Gifts are refundable to the buyer within 14 days of purchase, provided the first letter has not yet been mailed to the recipient. After that, we will prorate a refund as above.

If a letter does not arrive, or arrives damaged, tell us and we will reprint and remail it at no cost.
