A plain-language privacy note.

We collect only what we need to send you letters and run your subscription. That includes your name, email, phone (optional), mailing address, the life-stage and topic preferences you give us, and, for gift purchases, the name and address of the recipient.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or CVV. We receive only what Stripe sends us — a token, the last four digits, and the billing ZIP — so we can show your history in your account.

We use your information to fulfill the subscription: printing the mailing label, charging your card on the right cadence, emailing your receipts and notices, and deciding which theme we send you first. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing.

We email you transactional notices (receipts, shipping, changes you make to the account). If we ever start a general list, it will be opt-in, and we will say so before you join.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by writing to us at letters@goosesayenough.co.
