What to expect when you subscribe

A short sign-up
Name, email, phone, mailing address. Then a few questions about the stage of life you are in and the themes that matter most to you right now. Takes about three minutes.

A confirmation, on paper and in email
We send you an emailed receipt and a printed welcome card in the next cycle. The welcome card is the first thing you will receive in the mail.
- 3.
Your first letter
Arrives on the first or the fifteenth of the month following your signup. After that, two letters a month, for as long as you are subscribed.
- 4.
Changes and cancellation
Log in any time to change your address, adjust your interests, pause, or cancel. Cancellations are effective after your current paid period.
We mail within the United States at no additional cost. International shipping is offered at cost, added at checkout. We ship on the first and fifteenth of each month; exact delivery depends on your postal service.
